Mass Nutrition Shipping/Ordering Policies

Ordering Information:

  1. Orders can be placed on the worldwide web using an SSL secure page.
  2. Orders can be placed by calling our toll free number: 866-577-6277
    Mon-Fri from 9am-7pm EST and Saturday from 10am-5pm EST.
    We are closed on Sunday.

Payment Information:
 
  • Credit Cards:  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
    Please have all appropriate information including the cardholder’s billing address.
    Credit cards are checked thoroughly to verify billing address.
    We reserve the right to ship only to the billing address of the credit card.
  • Money Orders – Orders will be shipped immediately upon receipt of money order.
  • Personal Checks – All checks are held till they clear and then order will be shipped out.
  • Sorry No Cod’s.
  • In-store price matching requires a product printout of the item(s) to be purchased.
  • All orders are checked against fraud using the latest advancements in anti-fraud detection. Any individual found to be committing an act of fraud will be reported to the proper Federal authorities, including the FBI Internet Fraud Complaint Center at http://www.ic3.gov/ and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Shipping Policies:
 

  • FREE Shipping on orders of $199 or more in the continental US (excluding any orders containing Optimum Nutrition products, CytoSport products, RTD's (Ready To Drink) or military orders. Some special sales may also be excluded from this offer. Certain order size/weight restrictions may also apply.)
  • Orders under $199 will be assessed the corresponding FedEx shipping cost for the weight and destination.
  • Military Address Orders will be assessed the corresponding USPS shipping cost for the weight and destination.
  • Most orders are shipped out same or next day depending on stock availability.
  • FedEX Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3 Day service are also available. The cutoff time for these options is 11 AM EST.
  • We will ship to P.O. Boxes through the U.S. Postal Service.
  • All FPO, APO and DPO orders are sent through U.S. Postal Service.
  • We do NOT request or require in most cases a signature for FedEx deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home.  If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your FedEX driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature.   This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label.
  • FedEX does not deliver on weekends or holidays.   Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
  • We will charge you a $15 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error.  Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered.  If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number you will be charged the $15 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.

International Shipping Policies:

 
  • The Free Shipping offer does not apply to any order with a billing or shipping address outside of the United States.
  • International shipping is currently available worldwide to over 250 destinations. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all countries around the world.
  • Massnutrition.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. If your billing and/or shipping address is outside the United States, simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.
  • Customers may choose Standard or Priority shipping. Real time price quotes for both Standard and Priority shipping are provided at checkout. Average transit times, assuming normal customs clearance, from the day packages are shipped from the International Checkout depot:

  • Customers receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details as soon as their order ships.
  • You will also have the option of pre-paying duties and taxes at a guaranteed rate at the time of checkout.
  • Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.

Return Information
 
  • All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product.
  • No unauthorized returns / No returns on opened merchandise.
  • Orders sent back without return authorization number will be refused.
  • 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits or product reshipment.
