Shipping Policies:
FREE Shipping via UPS Ground on orders of $199 or more in the continental US (excluding any orders containing Optimum Nutrition products, CytoSport products, or military orders. Some special sales may also be excluded from this offer.)
Orders under $199 will be assessed the corresponding UPS shipping cost for the weight and destination.
Military Address Orders will be assessed the corresponding USPS shipping cost for the weight and destination.
Most orders are shipped out same or next day depending on stock availability.
UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3 Day Select are also available. The cutoff time for these options is 11 AM EST.
We will ship to P.O. Boxes through the U.S. Postal Service.
All FPO and APO orders are sent through U.S. Postal Service.
We do NOT request or require a signature for UPS deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave
the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small,
the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your UPS
driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature.
This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label.
UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
We will charge you a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are
incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the
shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other
addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number you will be charged the $10 fee since
the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.
The Free Shipping offer does not apply to any order with a billing address outside of the United States.
International shipping is currently available worldwide to over 250 destinations. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all countries around the world.
Massnutrition.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International
customers. If your billing and/or shipping address is outside the United States, simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option.
Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or
bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order
is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.
Customers may choose Standard or Priority shipping. Real time price quotes for both Standard and Priority shipping are provided at checkout.

Customers receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details as soon as their order ships.

Return Information
All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product.
No unauthorized returns / No returns on opened merchandise.
Orders sent back without return authorization number will be refused.
25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
